I’ve spent over 18 years helping people reduce pain, restore sleep, and reconnect with their bodies through therapeutic yoga and nervous system regulation.

My work is rooted in both traditional wisdom and modern science, and I specialize in supporting clinicians, surgeons, high-performing medical professionals and first responders. Many of my clients come by referral from physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners who trust this approach as a powerful adjunct to care.
