Do you want to fall in love with your body from the inside out? Whether you're a yoga teacher, practitioner, or curious student of movement, this course will guide you to deepen your connection with your anatomy in an experiential and empowering way.
Join me for a 4-part Embodied Anatomy training where we’ll explore both gross anatomy and subtle body energetic anatomy. As someone who loves to teach anatomy, I’m passionate about making it accessible, practical, and deeply integrated into your yoga practice.
Through a blend of experiential learning, yoga asana, and anatomy instruction, you’ll explore the body’s intricate design and how it supports movement, function, and balance—not just on the physical level, but through the lens of the subtle energy systems as well.
Course Overview
Each session will focus on a different system or area of the body, with hands-on practices, movement explorations, and insightful lectures. Together, we’ll dive deep into the structure and function of the body, from the muscles and bones to the energetic systems that support our well-being.
Whether you're a yoga teacher looking to deepen your anatomical knowledge or a student wanting to move with greater awareness, this training will give you the tools to appreciate and understand your body in a profound way.

Session 1: The Nervous System & Breath Connection

Explore how the nervous system governs movement and how breath affects both the physical body and the subtle energy systems. We will integrate the anatomy of the respiratory system and the energetic impact of pranayama practices.

Session 2: The Spine & Core Stability
Date TBD
Dive into the structure of the spine, pelvis, and core. Explore how these areas are integral to movement, balance, and stability. We'll examine common imbalances and learn techniques for creating support from the inside out—both physically and energetically.

Session 3: Hips, Legs, & Feet Foundations
Date TBD
Focus on the lower body: hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Learn how the lower body serves as the foundation for movement and how alignment and stability impact the entire body’s function. We’ll also dive into the grounding energy of the root chakra and how it supports our foundation.

Session 4: The Shoulders & Upper Body Mechanics

Learn about the shoulder girdle and upper body anatomy. Understand how the arms, shoulders, and neck work in unison, and how to create freedom and strength in these often tense areas. We’ll also explore the energetic flow of prana in the upper body.

Bonus Option: Cadaver Lab (In-person only)

For those participating in person, you'll have the unique opportunity to join a cadaver lab session, offering a rare, up-close look at the structures we’ve explored. This hands-on experience will provide a deeper understanding of human anatomy in a respectful, learning-focused environment.

Pricing: Full Course: $700 in person, $600 Virtual + keep recordings (cadaver lab not available)
Individual sessions are $199 each, the Cadaver Lab is $125 (if purchased separately)
Payment Plans Available: Two payments of $350, with the second payment due on October 25th.
