With over 20 years of practice and 15,000 teaching hours, I am dedicated to making yoga and asana accessible to all, emphasizing that it's more than just physical postures. I guide students in using yoga to navigate life's complexities, integrating humor, metaphor, mythology, alignment, and compassion into my teachings.
