Intention Circle 2026
Each January, we gather — not to rush into the year, but to pause and choose one small, honest word,
and let it work on us little by little, again and again.
Since 2018, this Intention Circle has been an annual, in-person ritual for reflection, clarity, and crossing the threshold into a new year together.

What to expect
This is not a yoga asana class.
It is a two-hour intention circle grounded in reflection, journaling, pranayama, chanting, and ceremony.
We move slowly, listen deeply, and choose a word that can walk with us through the year.
Community and ritual are central to this gathering.
The Bracelet
Each participant receives a handcrafted myintent.org bracelet, created after the circle once your word has been chosen.
Additional options:
Additional bracelet (for attendees): $25
Bracelet only (not attending the circle): $30
Bracelets are delivered approximately 7–10 days after the circle.
They may be mailed or dropped off at a yoga studio where I teach — your preference can be noted at the event.
Please:
Dress comfortably
Bring a journal and pen or pencil
Bring any items that help make sitting easier (cushions, layers, etc.)
Floor seating is typical.
Some chair jacks (floor seats) are available, and chairs are also available if needed.
You’re welcome to bring an optional item to place on the altar during the circle — it will return home with you afterward.
Registration & Policies
Investment: $50
This includes participation in the circle and one handcrafted bracelet. Additional bracelets can be purchased at the event for $30. These make unique and personal gifts.
Registration is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your bracelet will still be created and delivered to you.

Parking & Arrival:
Please park only in the dirt lots surrounding the studio.
The entrance to SkySpace Studio is fully paved and outlined with outdoor solar lights (they will not be illuminated during the day, but mark the pathway).
