Step onto the sunlit shores of Paros, Greece, where the ocean’s pulse meets the alchemy of yoga. Over seven transformative days, you’ll journey through the elements—earth, water, fire, air, and space—awakening their wisdom within your body, mind, and spirit.

Feel the grounding strength of the earth beneath your feet, the fluidity of the sea as it mirrors your breath, the warmth of the Mediterranean sun igniting your inner fire, and the breeze of fresh air expanding your sense of possibility. This retreat is a call to embody the rhythms of nature and rediscover your innate harmony.

Mornings begin with meditation and asana to align with the elements, while afternoons offer time to swim in turquoise waters, explore ancient villages, or simply rest and reflect. Evenings bring restorative practices and a deeper connection to the ocean’s ebb and flow.

Nourish yourself with organic, garden-fresh meals and the timeless beauty of Greece, where each moment invites renewal and transformation. This is your space to reset, reconnect, and embrace the waves of transformation within and around you.

Accommodations

Okreblue Yoga Center in Filizi - Santa Maria, Greece

Okreblue is located at Filízi beach, with sand dunes, aged cedar forests, “secret” coves and clear waters next to the long sandy beach of Santa Maria. 

The owners of Okreblue have created an intimate home for our retreat, free from distraction, with simple, comfortable rooms, delicious organic meals, and a spacious yoga shala.

The retreat includes brunch and dinner. The meals are vegan and vegetarian. Please indicate on your application any dietary restrictions or food allergies. All meals are served at Coretta Cafe, prepared by Okreblue’s head chef and most ingredients come directly from Okreblue’s gardens.

Daily Schedule

The retreat starts at 5 pm on the first day will conclude at 10 am on the last day.

  • 7:00 - 8:00. Meditation, Pranayama,

  • 8:00 - 8.30. Light Snack

  • 8:30 - 10:30. Elemental dynamic yoga

  • 10:30 - 11.30. Brunch

  • 11.30 - 5.00. Free time

  • 5:00 - 6.30. Restorative practices

  • 7:00 - Onwards    Dinner

Room Share Policy:

When booking a shared room while traveling alone, we will do our best to couple you with another same-sex participant who is traveling solo too. In case this is not possible, you will be required to upgrade to a single room. People are coupled based on the order in which bookings come in. So when you book early, there is a high chance that you can share the room with another participant.

From Athens International Airport "Eleftherios Venizelos"

Aegean Air and SkyExpress are the two companies that fly from Athens to Paros. Make sure you book your tickets well in advance because it’s difficult to find availability during the summer months.

From Mykonos International Airport

A 45-minute boat ride from Mykonos to Paros.

From the port of Piraeus (Athens Port)

The 2 companies that sail to Paros is Blue Star Ferries and Hellenic Seaways.

BlueStar ferries takes about 4:30 hours and runs twice a day with tickets starting at 37€. Hellenic Seaways takes about 2:45 hours with tickets starting at 50€.

From the port of Rafina (Athens 2nd Port)

Rafina port is closer to Athens airport and you can get there either by taxi or bus.
A ferry ride will take you about 4 hours with tickets starting at 50€.
