7 nights at a stunning seaside retreat center in Paros, Greece

  • 2 yoga practices each day (Hatha, Vinyasa, breathwork + restorative)

Getting to Paros

Paros is a beautiful island in the Cyclades — peaceful, stunning, and easy to reach with a little planning.

You have two main options for getting there:

🛫 Option 1: Fly to Paros

  • Fly into Athens (ATH)

  • Then take a short domestic flight (about 45 minutes) to Paros (PAS)

  • Airport pickup will be arranged for you once you land

💡 Tip: Book early! Flights to the islands can sell out, especially in October.

🛥️ Option 2: Ferry from Athens or Mykonos

  • Arrive in Athens or Mykonos

  • Take a ferry to Paros (2–4 hours depending on type)

  • We’ll help arrange your transfer to the retreat center from the ferry port

🧭 When to Arrive:

  • The retreat begins the evening of October 12th

  • Check-in is available starting at 3 PM

  • We’ll have an opening circle + light dinner to welcome you

🧳 What to Bring:

  • Lightweight layers for warm days and cooler nights

  • Swimwear, journal, yoga clothes, sandals

  • A sense of adventure and an open heart

Daily Schedule

The retreat begins at 5:00 PM on October 12 and concludes at 10:00 AM on October 19.
Below is a sample schedule to give you an idea of the rhythm of our days. Final details may shift slightly.

7:00 – 8:00 AM — Meditation & Pranayama
8:00 – 8:30 AM — Light Snack
8:30 – 10:30 AM — Elemental Yoga (Dynamic Morning Practice)
10:30 – 11:30 AM — Brunch
11:30 AM – 5:00 PM — Free Time (ocean, journaling, rest, optional 1:1s)
5:00 – 6:30 PM — Restorative Practice, Workshop, or Circle
7:00 PM — Dinner & Evening Connection

If you're traveling solo and choose a shared room, we’ll do our best to pair you with another same-sex participant. If pairing isn't possible, you’ll be upgraded to a single room and responsible for the price difference. Early booking improves your chances of sharing.
